Click on the Options tab at the top of the window to display the Options ribbon.

Click the Lock Button / Encrypt Button to view the Set Encryption menu.

Choose Encrypt from the Set Permissions menu.

When encryption is enabled, the top of the message window will display a notice stating that the message is encrypted.
