The Duty Hour Compliance Report provides proof that your House Officers recorded duty hours during the course of their program.This report is to be printed and included with the Post Program Completion Packet submitted to the GME Office.

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. Click on Duty Hours, then click Reports
  2. Click on Compliance
  3. Enter the dates for the desired resident's tenure in the program, ensure the proper program is selected, verify the Display Columns include the needed columns (see diagram below) and then click View Report.
  4. Click the Filter by Person link to choose the person you wish to see and then print the report.
If any periods reflect that a resident does not have duty hours recorded, it may be due to their schedule.  For duty hours to be reflected on this report, the resident must have a primary rotation for each block in their schedule.  Update any blocks and re-run the report if needed.
