To Upload a Program Letter of Agreement in New Innovations
  • Save digital file from scan – save file name as hospital name with expiration date
  •  Open New Innovations
  •  Go to -> Admin


  •  Go to -> Program

  •  Select appropriate program

  •  Click uploads - to view PLA

    Select file to upload
