In LSU Program - Yes-Internal Transfer / No-DIO Approval

House Officer is considered an Internal Transfer and does not need any new hire paperwork.  Internal Transfer Checklist should be completed and all documentation submitted to GME Office.

DIO approval is required. DIO Transfer Approval Packet should be submitted to GME office before offering a position to this person.  If DIO Approval is granted, House Officer should complete the Newhire Packet.
