Logging Procedures in New Innovations

Not all programs are required to log procedures in New Innovations. Some programs do not keep procedure logs, and others are required to enter their procedure logs into an ACGME system. Contact your program coordinator to discern if you should be logging your procedures in New Innovations.
Go to Procedure Logger
Click Logger from the menu at the top of the screen
Click Log Procedures
Enter Procedure Data
Enter information about procedure. The data required will vary by program.
To add an additional procedure to the same patient, click + Add Procedure
Click Save to save this procedure.
Click Save and Retain to save this procedure and keep procedure data on the page so it can be added to a different patient.
