Identify a Found Pager

Logging In
  1. Go to https://www.medschool.lsuhsc.edu/medical_education/graduate/pagers/.
  2. If prompted, log in with your LSU username and password.

Search for Pager
  1. Enter Phone Number, Serial Number, or CAP Code
  2. Click Search

Serial Number - Usually a combination of letters and numbers (in photo, T5160406960)

CAP Code - Only numbers, usually begins with one or two zeros (in photo, 007470200)

Pager Information

If pager is found, information will be shown about pager:

Active Pagers - Program, Phone Number, and Assigned Owner will be displayed if the unit is an active pager.

Inactive Pagers - message will be shown indicating No Active Service.  The last registered owner and program will be shown.  Inactive pagers should still be returned to the GME Office.  Lost pager fees can be refunded to the resident/department if a previously lost pager is found and returned.

Pagers Not Belonging to GME - Pagers that have never belonged to any GME Program will return a message of No Active Service and No Audit Entry.  These pagers have never been managed by GME.  Contact telecom@lsuhsc.edu for assistance.
