These facilities do not require an incoming House Officer to submit a packet to the facility. Some (i.e. Ochsner) may require the HO to do some onboarding electronically. Check each site's onboarding page below for additional information.
These facilities require a physical packet to be submitted to the facility for each House Officer who has never rotated at the facility before. Incoming House Officers will receive the packet as part of their New Hire paperwork generated automatically by the GME office. Returning residents who will be first time rotators will need to manually complete the required packets.
