ERAS Registration opens annually in late April, early May,

Registration allows you to:

  • Designate an ERAS contact

  • Update contact information

  • Indicate your program participation status in ERAS

HOW TO REGISTER

To Register, visit ERAS Account Maintenance (EAM). You will need your AAMC login ID and password. Begining with the 2022 ERAS registration, the login ID and password will be the same Login ID and password used for ERAS PDWS and all other AAMC Applcations. The EAM login ID will no longer change from season to season. If you do not receive your registration emails by May contact ERAS Client Technical Support (CTS) at (202) 828-0413.

HOW TO UPDATE PROGRAM INFORMATION IN EAM: Updating Program Information for Applicants in ERAS Account Maintenance (EAM)


Registration Reminders:

  • The login ID and password are case-sensitive.

  • Update your program’s participation status. The Participation Status will be listed under the Account Overview Tab

  • Confirm contact information pertaining to your program to ensure you receive ERAS EMails. It is important that you keep your program and contact information updated to ensure you receive all communication from ERAS. You may update your information throughout the season in ERAS Account Maintenance (EAM)

Help Applicants Apply Smart

Applicants will be able to make more informed decisions in a timely manner when programs populate the following optional fields in EAM under the “Program Listing” tab:

  • Website - Add your program’s complete URL (including the prefix “https://”) to provide applicants an active hyperlink to your Web Page

  • Program Information for Applicant add deadlines, descriptions of your patient population, curriculum/training opportunities or any other information unique to your program. This is also where you add the language from the Applicant Information Sheet, “Resident Eligibility and Selection”: “Only U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents of the U.S. and J1 Visa holders sponsored by ECFMG are eligible for medical residency for fellowship training at LSUHSC”
