UMCNO's tool to report any incident in the hospital or outpatient setting that causes or could potentially cause a medical error or harm, or that prevents a resident, nurse, physician or other from appropriately caring for a patient. Can be used by dialing B-SAFE (2-7233) from within UMCNO only to record a message or report an issue. Or an email can be sent to UMCsafe@lcmchealth.org.
