1 - Your Request to Add a New Participating Site must be submitted to GMEC, by email, to Dr. Odinet Frey

2 - Once received, Dr. Frey will present your Request to Add a New Participating Site, to GMEC

3 - Once If approved, you will be notified by GMEC

4 - Once notified, you MUST initiate the request in WEBADS

5 - Approval of your new participating site is requested from will be forwarded by WEBADS to Dr. Frey for approval

6 - Once approved, your RRC reviews the Request to Add a New Participating Site and provides confirmation to you via email

2 - Once the new Institutional Site is added to WEBADS, follow the steps below to complete your Request to Add a New Participating Site (currently existing in WEBADS)

3 - Submit your Request to Add a New Participating Site to GMEC, by emailing Dr. Odinet Frey

4 - Once received, Dr. Frey will present your Request to Add a New Participating Sitesite request, to GMEC

5 - Once If approved, you will be notified by GMEC

6 - Once notified, you MUST initiate the request in WEBADS

7 - Approval of your new participating site is requested from forwarded by WEBADS to Dr. Frey for signature

8 - Once approved, your RRC reviews the Request to Add a New Participating Site site request and provides confirmation to you via email
