To Upload a Program Letter of Agreement in New Innovations
  • Scan PLA from copier
  • 3-hole punch
  • File in binder
  • Save digital file from scan – save file name as hospital name with expiration date in T:Becky/Program Letters of Agreement/Program Title
  •  Open New Innovations

  •  Go to -> Admin

  •  Go to -> Program

  •  Select appropriate program

  •  Click uploads - to view PLA

    Select file to upload
