1- Submit, in writing, an email to both Dr. Charles Hilton and Dr. Odinet-Frey, requesting a compliment increase.  

BE SURE TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Number of Positions Requested

Educational Rationale for Increase

Temporary or Permanent Increase

    • If TEMPORARY, HOW MANY YEARS

Source of Funding

Letter of Commitment from the Funding Source (MUST note that the increase is not part of an existing CAP)

Effective Date (Academic Year)

2- Dr. Odinet-Frey will bring the written request to the GMEC for approval.  

PROGRAM DIRECTOR ATTENDANCE AT GMEC IS REQUIRED FOR COMPLIMENT INCREASE APPROVAL

3- If approved, the Program Director and Program Coordinator are notified by Dr. Odinet-Frey.

4- Submit the Compliment Increase Request for Approval in WEBADS.
