Demographic Information New Innovations - New and Returning Residents

As discussed in the coordinator meeting yesterday, here is the detailed information about demographic info needed to be entered/updated in New Innovations for all residents.

New / Incoming Residents

Initially, the data that is needed ASAP for all incoming residents and fellows is detailed in the Knowledge Base page https://lsugme.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NI/pages/887095333. For House Officers imported from ERAS, some of this information will be automatically entered, but not all of it (SSNs are NOT imported from ERAS). As soon as your House Officers are entered, please get the missing information entered as soon as possible, but no later than March 30, 2020.

To easily see which residents are still missing information, you can look at the https://lsugme.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DIRECTORY/pages/2031680 application (only accessible on-campus or via Citrix/VPN).

Returning Residents

Please review the data for all of your residents and update any incorrect information. Detailed information about what data should be kept up-to-date for each resident is located in the Knowledge Base page https://lsugme.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NI/pages/1245200.
