Add an Existing Site

1 - Your Request to Add a New Participating Site must be submitted to GMEC, by email, to Dr. Odinet Frey

  • send email to rodine@lsuhsc.edu
  • Email to include:
    • the NAME of the new site
    • the # of months per year that trainees rotate at the new site
    • the educational rationale

2 - Once received, Dr. Frey will present your Request to Add a New Participating Site, to GMEC

3 - Once approved, you will be notified by GMEC

4 - Once notified, you MUST initiate the request in WEBADS

5 - WEBADS requests approval of your new participating by Dr. Frey

6 - Your RRC reviews the request and provides confirmation via email
