Add an Existing WEBADS Site
1 - Your Request to Add a New Participating Site must be submitted to GMEC, by email, to Dr. Odinet Frey
- send email to rodine@lsuhsc.edu
- email to include
- the NAME of the new site
- the # of months per year that trainees rotate at the new site
- the educational rationale
2 - Once received, Dr. Frey will present your Request to Add a New Participating Site, to GMEC
3 - Once approved, you will be notified by GMEC
4 - Once notified, you MUST initiate the request in WEBADS
5 - Approval of your new participating site is requested from Dr. Frey
6 - Once approved, your RRC reviews the Request to Add a New Participating Site and provides confirmation to you via email
Add a Site Not Already Listed in WEBADS
1 - Your Request to Add a New Participating Site must be submitted to GMEC, by email, to Dr. Odinet Frey

- Is the site a recognized healthcare entity by any of the following (check all that apply):

- Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC)
- DNV
- State regulatory commission
- Medicare Direct - CMS
- HFAP
- None
- Other (provide name)
