In LSU Program - Yes-Internal Transfer with Assistance / No-New Hire

House Officer is considered an Internal Transfer, but requires GME office to be notified to ensure transfer happens properly.  No new hire paperwork is required, but Internal Transfer Checklist should be submitted to GME Office with required documentation.

House Officer is considered a New Hire and a New Hire Packet is required.  Additionally, if House Officer is not a US Citizen, ECFMG sponsored J-1 Visa is required.  See Applicant Information Sheet for more information.
