Evaluations should be distributed approximately 1 week before the end of the block, and should be completed no more than 14 days after the end of the rotation. Faculty should be evaluated twice per year by House Officers at a minimum, but it is recommended for them to be evaluated at the end of every rotation block. House Officer anonymity must be protected, and if needed, completed evaluations should be withheld from faculty until sufficient evaluations exist to guarantee evaluator anonymity. See Evaluation of Faculty for detailed information.
