GME Onboarding Day

Monday, June 24, 2024, or Tuesday, June 25, 2024, LSUHSC Onboarding Day will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Lions Building, 2020 Gravier St, Sixth Floor, Lobby. Parking is available in the Roman Street garage for those that have already registered for LSU parking; anyone that has not registered for parking may park in Student Lot #3. For House Officer - Bring Copy of Social Security Card (if not already submitted with new hire paperwork)

For House Officer Dependents - Bring a copy of each Social Security Card for all dependents as required for State of Louisiana Medical Insurance.
