Outlook 365 - Sending Encrypted Email
Open Outlook and create a new Mail Message
Create a new mail message in Outlook.
Click on the Options tab at the top of the window to display the Options ribbon.
Click the ▼ to the right of or below the Encryption button to display the Set Encryption menu.
Choose Encrypt Only from the Set Permissions menu.
When encryption is enabled, the top of the message window will display a notice stating that the message is encrypted.
Attach file(s) and send message as usual.
If you receive a message stating "Only file attachments that support rights management will automatically have their permissions restricted to match the restrictions on this email.", you can click the OK button.
