Allow programs to report what types of residents rotate at which of our major hospital partner sites.

Instructions for Using System

When instructed by the GME office or as needed, programs should update which sites they send residents to.  For each site listed, one of the following options should be chosen:

    • All Residents Rotate - All residents in the program will rotate at the site over the course of the academic year
    • Only Residents of Specific Levels Rotate - Only residents of specific levels (i.e. PRG 1, PRG 3) rotate during the year.  Specific levels will need to be selected.
    • Only Residents Listed Rotate - Program can enter names of the specific residents that will rotate.
    • No Residents Rotate at Site - No rotations for academic year.
    • Other - Program can explain other scenarios, such as a site being used only for elective rotations.
