Core Curriculum / AMA GCEP — Allows residents to take required educational modules.  Coordinators can monitor resident progress of said modules.

Duty Hour Monitoring — Used to show which residents have incomplete duty hours, duty hour violations, missing schedules, or potential erroneous duty hour entries.

ERAS — ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) is used by potential residents and fellows to apply to programs around the country.

FREIDA — Coordinators update yearly with information about programs.

GME Calendar — Full calendar of GME Events.  Coordinators can subscribe to calendar to show events within Outlook.

GME Electronic Document Submission — Allows electronic submission of documents by House Officers or Coordinators directly to the GME Office.

GME Online Appointment Forms — Provides prepopulated appointment forms, contracts, and other GME paperwork for the academic year changeover

GME Pager Database — Allows coordinators to view all pagers belonging to program and swap pagers to new users.

GME Process Tracking — Provides tracking information for packets (new hire; appointment, etc.) that are routinely submitted to the GME office.

GME Resident Files — Provides program coordinators access to files in the GME resident document archive.

GME Rotation Sites — Allow programs to report what types of residents rotate at which of our major hospital partner sites.

LSBME Online License Verification — Look up physician medical license status

NRMP / The Match — The NRMP uses a mathematical algorithm to place applicants into residency and fellowship positions.  The algorithm is “applicant-proposing”, meaning the preferences expressed on the rank order lists submitted by applicants, not programs, initiate placement into residency training. 

PeopleSoft — Enterprise Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting system used by LSU.

Program Contact Database — Maintain updated contact information for GME Programs.

Resident Data Status — Used to show which residents are missing required pieces of personnel data in New Innovations.  Also shows Medicare PECOS status

Resident License Check — Checks all House Officer licenses/permits against the LSBME website in real time.

Resident Scheduler — Schedules residents to rotation sites for payroll and billing purposes.

WEBADS — WEBADS (WEB Accreditation Data System) is the primary data collection system for the ACGME.
