Main MATCH - Update ERAS ASAP

Programs participating in the main MATCH this week:

Please go into ERAS and mark all of your matched residents AND any residents you are accepting via SOAP with the “Will Start” checkbox TODAY.  I will be importing everyone into New Innovations tomorrow.  I  have a tight deadline because of all of the preparations which need to be set up for Licensing Day (where matched medical students will be completing the majority of their new hire paperwork).  We have gotten confirmation from ERAS that marking anyone with Will Start will NOT cause the match results to be prematurely released.  Remember:  the MATCH results must be kept confidential and not distributed outside of the program until noon tomorrow (3/16).  Releasing this information to anyone before noon can result in a MATCH violation.

Even if none of your incoming residents are all from non-LSU schools, please mark them today also.  When importing all 30+ residency programs, it gets too complicated to research which programs did/didn’t match LSU students.
