The data fields listed below should be entered for all incoming House Officers. You can easily check which data has been entered/missing for each of your incoming HOs by going to the Resident Data Status page https://ome-ccalla-serv.master.lsuhsc.edu/ResidentDataStatus/default.aspx (this link will only work from on-campus or thru Citrix).  If you click any missing data “X”, a new tab/window will open up directly on the page where the data can be entered.
