Initial Demographic Info Needed for Incoming House Officers

Below is a list of all needed demographic data fields which need to be entered into New Innovations for the incoming House Officers.  Many of these fields are imported via ERAS, but not all (such as SSNs). 

You can easily check which data has been entered/missing for each of your HOs by going to the Resident Data Status page https://ome-ccalla-serv.master.lsuhsc.edu/ResidentDataStatus/default.aspx (this link will only work from on-campus or thru Citrix).  If you click any missing data “X”, a new tab/window will open up directly on the page where the data can be entered.  More info is available about the Resident Data Status page here: Resident Data Status.
