Federal Credentials Verification Service

LSU participates in the Federation Credentials Verification Service (FCVS). This is described in the House Officer Manual under Resident Eligibility and Selection. Licensure in the State of Louisiana requires annual submission by the school of an annual verification of training form to the (FCVS) http://www.fsmb.org/fcvs/. This form contains notification of any disciplinary actions by the institution.
