Reset a New Innovations Password

NOTE:  In most cases, a user does not need their New Innovations password reset.  All users with LSU accounts should be logging in with their LSU account by going to http://new-innov.lsuhsc.edu.  If they are asked for an institution as part of the login, they are not using the correct link.

Reset a User’s New Innovations Password

It is not possible to look up a user’s New Innovations password.  The only option is to reset it.  To reset it:

1. In New Innovations, go to the user’s Personal Data page
   
2. Click the yellow key  icon below the photo
3. Password will be reset with an alert telling you what the new password is
