Common Login Problems when using LSU Account

• LSU account is locked and needs to be unlocked at http://www.lsuhsc.edu/changepassword

• Account may not be properly configured to allow LSU username/password to log in to NI – contact Chris Callac to fix (this is rare)

Using New Innovations username/password

• Ensure lsuhscno is being used for the institution code

• Reset NI password and ensure they are using the correct NI username and password

It is often helpful to attempt logging in with the NI username/password before sending it to the user
