Meeting 1

• • • Discuss the purpose of the Self Study Process
    • Distribute SS Summary Template
    • Discuss the Survey Questions to Compile and whom to distribute to
    • Assign Tasks
    • Look at the APE Action Plans over previous years and where they stand

 Meeting 2

• • • Discuss Evaluations / Survey Questions and results from the groups
    • Compile the SWOT analysis based on evaluation information and previous APE’s

Meeting 3

• • • Final review of the Summary answers and any modifications
