How To Change Your Program Director

  1. Review ACGME Common Program Requirements to ensure candidates meet program-specific requirements
     
  2. Submit the CV of the proposed new Program Director, with a written request of change letter, to Dr. Odinet-Frey (the CV must include their LSU Appointment Date and candidate contact info)
     
  3. Dr. Odinet-Frey will bring the request to the GMEC monthly (every third Thursday)
     
  4. If approved, Dr. Odinet-Frey will initiate the request in WEBADS
     
  5. An email will be sent to the candidate, PD & PC cc'd from the ACGME, for more information
     
  6. Once submitted, the Resident Review Committee will follow up with any/all correspondence regarding approval
