All LCMC hospitals: Children's Hospital New Orleans, Touro Infirmary, East Jefferson General Hospital, University Medical Center New Orleans, West Jefferson Medical Center, Tulane Lakeside, Tulane Lakeview, Tulane University Hospital & Clinic will use the following process:

As of October 2023, LCMC will not use Adobe Sign. However, you will still use it to obtain the other required signatures. Instead of routing to Chris O'Neill and Dr. McGoey, add Savannah as an Approver. Savannah will obtain the LCMC signatures and distribute the fully executed agreements when completed.

From April 18, 2022 forward, digital signatures may be obtained for PLAs. Adobe Sign licenses must be obtained through LSU in order to complete this process. If you do not have a license, you can request access here.

Things to Remember:

• Site specific Goals & Objectives must be included. These can be a separate document added in Adobe Sign or attached to the PLA. Please only include the goals and objectives for that specific site (i.e. do not include CHNOLA objectives on a Touro PLA)
• Make sure you identify the location of your program, (Ex. LSU School of Medicine Anesthesiology Program - BR), throughout your PLA. 
• Before initiating in Adobe Sign, please name your document with your program name and the name of the site. For example: “Internal Medicine – EJGH”

Adobe Sign licenses must be obtained through LSU in order to complete this process. If you do not have a license, please contact the GME office.

Also, make sure you identify the location of your program, (Ex. LSU School of Medicine Anesthesiology Program - LAF), throughout your PLA.
