Quality Improvement & Patient Safety Forum

LSU School of Medicine’s Annual Quality Improvement & Patient Safety Forum

The QI Forum was started in 2013 and has facilitated nearly 300 Quality Improvement Projects. All of the submitted abstracts reflect the exceptional work that LSU School of Medicine's students, residents, fellows, and faculty are continuing to achieve and pursue at our partnering clinical institutions. The QI Forum is held in late May or early June each year. A winner is selected for both the oral presentations and the poster session. The School of Medicine Dean's Office has agreed to support each winner up to $1,500 in travel expenses if they are selected to present at a regional or national meeting.
